Plans for the week of 8-24-08

I will be purchasing a sub for the account and setting up/organizing the journal and forums. I would like to thank you ahead of time for your patience while I work on making Creature Feature look its best.

During this first week, especially, I would love to hear any suggestions or comments about what you would like to see or would expect to get out of Creature Feature.

As mentioned in the first journal entry, you may participate as much or as little as you would like, however I would like to encourage you to post your top 3 creations to help jump start our newly budding club/group.

I am in the process of adding Spore Creature Feature to the many club and group lists to help get the word out and to find new members.

Next Sunday, the 31st I will be announcing the first Creature Contest. This contest will be open for submissions, the first two weeks of September. I will be posting all the details in our journal, as well as writing up an article to be posted under the contest section of DA News.

Concerning the organization of the journal, I will be creating separate "pages" for each of the following:

*Contests
*Challenges
*Member Feature (either a randomly picked SCF member, or the monthly contest winner... we can vote on this later!)
*Rules and Regulations
*Official Member List
*Links (official Spore links, tutorials and resources)

If you have any suggestions for additional page topics, note me.

For the member list, I would love to put a link to each deviants Sporepedia page. If you would like to share this, note me any time and I will add it.

To wrap up this weeks official journal entry, I would like to encourage feedback and submissions to the group. If you would like to help promote the group by adding a stamp to your journal, or a link to the group, that would be most awesome. I will be posting stamps and icons tonight or tomorrow evening for this purpose.
